Urban Developments

The minimal needs for housing projects in Mexico &endash;from 600 to 700 thousand houses per year&emdash;are not satisfied. Therefore, it exists a potential market for the cons-truction from 250 to 300 thousand houses a year. Grupo Texo aims to introduced and to adopt new concepts of urban and architectural design by proposing integral solutions that better address the aspirations of distinct groups of the society. Three lines of action have been proposed:

  1. Low-income Housing Projects, by promoting housing developments through the national housing institutions.
  2. Middle-income housing developments, by promoting gated communities liked residential clubs.
  3. High-income Housing, by promoting residential projects that introduce architectural and life style designs, supported by the experience gained in touristic developments.
